Concerns and Complaints regarding Data Protection/GDPR
We will always endeavour to resolve any concerns someone may have about our processing of their personal data informally. However, if this is not possible, individuals have the right to make a formal complaint through the statutory process set out in the UK Data (Use and Access) Act 2025. This is a distinct and separate process from our schools complaints procedure.
